We continued to work on the fence. After being here a year and not having a fence we are excited for a fenced in back yard. This has been a big job, but the reward is nice. We know have two sides in and the poles for the last side. I will soon have the last side done. One of the biggest challenges has been how hard the ground is.

As you all know Danyell and I are taking Kyuki-do classes. We decided to attend the summer belt camp. This was a 30 hour very intense training class. The class covered everything such as forum, self-defense, sparring, and Master West came for some very intense Jitsu training. By the end of the week we were both exhausted. But we both earned one more rank.

The Utah County Fair is back in Spanish Fork. This is the second year for the fair to be back in Spanish Fork. Last year it was a little small, but this year it drew a big crowd of people. One of the nice thinks is that there is no charge to enter the fair. We went on a Saturday evening and look wander around a little. We really wanted to watch the Demolition Derby. This is one of the most popular events of the fair. While there we got to see these baby Lamas
We decided to try and grow a small garden this year. It did not grow very well. We got some compost from a local dairy farm and it was a little to strong and killed all the plants. But we did get a few stalks of corn to grow and we managed to get one are of corn.
So ends "August In Review"
